Minister of Planning Announced the Completion of a Five Year Development Plan for the Years 2010-2014

Minister of Planning, Ali Baban , said that his ministry was able to complete a five-year development plan for the years 2010 -2014, indicating that it a comprehensive plan in its economic, social, humanitarian and public services and the infrastructure.
