Rows over Kirkuk ongoing

Rows among main political powers in Iraq are ongoing over Kirkuk and Constitution Article 140 mainly after the fact finding committee formed by Parliament early 2009 failed. It was aimed mainly at normalizing the status of Kirkuk. For more details, click on play movie.
